Saturday find and Sunday surprise!

My Saturday find at my favorite shop, the Goodwill. It's like new!! It will be fun to wear! Funny, see the little black sheep on the left?

A surprise for me lookie here! Llama! I'm no spinner, yet that is. But I thought it would be fun to play with. It's freshly sheared today! A friend and mutual greyhound owner (we run our dogs Sunday afternoons) helps out at a Llama farm and she sheared 6 Llamas today so she shared the goods. She's a needle felter. You can see two colors from 2 different Llamas. The left is a light chocolate brown and the right is actually very pretty with lots of shades of grey, brown and white. I got lucky!

What a cool vest!!! And I love Goodwill, too, but you know, I haven't been in forever...now I'll have to drop by (you did leave a few things right? lolol!)
(((hugs)))

I LOVE that vest. Would be cute to replicate as a pattern. So when ARE you going to start spinning? :)

There are a dozen llama's across the road, and livingsky alpaca is just down the highway.

I knit with alpaca a year ago, but gave the sweater away instead of keeping it for my son.
